This grille conveyor is particularly suitable for sprinkling from above in combination with moistening.
The products are moistened by turning the dough product around and transporting it through a bath with a glazing agent.
After moistening, the dough products can be sprinkled.
In a bun and roll line, the grille mat can be swapped for a sprinkling belt or intermediate belt.
